I am sick and tired, to deal with the poor signal, they have a great costumer services, but they ca do nothing. it is not working for us I will returned to Verizon.

I have Straighttalk, which uses AT&T or Verizon Towers, I am on the AT&T Towers and the reception is very good all over town, I average 4 bars around town and a full 5 bars at home, I get data speeds of 39mbps at home and 36-39 at work, I've used Straighttalk for three years now and the service has always been great.

Cannot be on cell phone for 3 minutes without call breaking up and then dropped. Lived with this for 3 years and darn tired of it. Never had this problem in California.

I'm usually getting dropped calls when I'm in my home. Either the person states that I'm cutting in and out or the call is dropped completely. I've been an AT&T customer for 15 years. Their cost just increases and their customer service decreases. I often say AT&T is like a bad boyfriend; hard to get a hold of, never picks up when I call, is never there for me, treats me like I'm an option and NOT a priority. First chance I get, I'm dumping them.

I have been with T-Mobile for 2 years I was told every time I complain about no service in my home oh you need to upgrade to a better phone with a better antenna I have upgraded several times just to be disappointed was given the cellspot does not work now T-Mobile tech support was supposed to figure out the problem call me back in 72 hours never did call me back I had to call them two weeks later and they say there's no service in your area and there's not going to be at our place anytime soon now they want to send me another cell spot which I don't see where that's going to work when I have the most upgrade cell spot there is. It has been nothing but a fight from day one to use my phone at home I cannot send my quotes for either one of my businesses I cannot do anything online whatsoever on my phone on my computer with my hotspot without having to go out into the street in front of my house to get any kind of a signal.I am just beside myself with this service.

All was excellent for two years, then T-Mobile phone service and internet connection quality nose-dived here in Tucson, AZ. I've called T-Mobile more than 15 times in April and these first few days of May (2016). I've been connected to T-Mobile reps in Asia, Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee, who all state they can see on their screens that my in-town neighborhood isn't getting a good signal. They open trouble ticket after trouble ticket but each ticket is quickly closed by technical support, with a statement saying no problem exists although I've made it clear that all friends with T-Mobile in Tucson are experiencing poor service, in areas all over town. Actual "solutions" given to me over the phone by T-Mobile reps: *Use wifi. *Wait- there's congestion on the network right now. *Signal strength is excellent on Speedway Boulevard! (a mile north of my home) *It must be your phone. (after the rep told me he saw my location wasn't getting a signal, and after I said friends with T-Mobile had identical problems) Note: many of my conversations with T-Mobile have been on my landline because my cellphone couldn't hold the signal. It's been four to five weeks now of lousy service. There doesn't appear to be a solution other than to go to Verizon.

My family use Galaxy S3 and Iphone 5c and we do not have any trouble with voice, text or data while anywhere in Catalina, AZ. Sometimes 4G is not available but it is not really notice that much.
