Constantly dropping calls when out and about and especially in the house and yard (front and back). Excuse from Verizon is that Oro Valley won't let them put up a tower tall enough to give good reception.

Must be outside to use (2 bars). New homes have foil insulating under roof to prevent the suns radiation from getting through, but also does a great job of blocking cell signals. Verizon has had very good customer service, but is unable to predict when a new tower will be installed. Will be sad to leave them.

For reasons I don't understand in a business building at this location, the cell phone coverage is very poor forcing the user to go outside to receive or make calls.

Cricket is a rip off.. they charge you for time you never recieve.. they give late fees every month wether you pay on time or not.. they never give good service. their customer service sucks and could care less about you as a customer. they have over charged me personally about 300 dollars. And they lie about coverage. their phones are overpriced and are a joke. And I would not suggest them to my worst enemy.

Service is not bad everywhere but at home it does not exsist. CS has improved and they even sent me a new repeater device that is suppose to amp the signal. It only works if you are sitting directly in front of the repeater and then you will only get 2 bars. I hear Verizon works well in this area, may have to switch.

Switched to ATT in Jul (iPhone) from Verizon. Verizon was super ALL over town. ATT is poor. I mostly use on NE and south side of town. What really piques my curiosity is that I can go from 4 bars to No Serice and back within a few minutes in the same location!?!?

Valencia and Midvale / Random Places, Tucson, AZ 85706 |

I get no service in the Wal-Mart on Valencia. It uses all the battery searching, drops every crappy call, and either won't send texts, sends them up to hours late, or resends 100 times. My bf's gotten texts days later from me again that I've only sent once. I get ok / fine signal in every other Wal-mart or store nearby. Driving around and at the malls it's great. I randomly don't have any bars or Internet connection from my house, school, and my bf's den, outside, or stores for any amount of time. Places where 85% of the time it's fine. I love what Cricket offers for the small price and their Internet, b ut seriously.

Cannot get any reception in my house. Am actually missing calls in my house because my phone cannot get a signal to receive the call. Was told there was going to be a new tower going in that would strengthen my signal, so I signed a new contract. After too many dropped calls, I spoke to customer service yesterday and there is no new tower.

Horrible reception. Can never complete a conversation without the call dropping at least once---and my house is up on top of the Escalante Ridge! No barriers!
