I was out driving around from Santa Ana to Long Beach. My biggest complaint, G.P.S. when navigating maps had to search forever about 30% of the time,.. figured out it was because my phone was tracking my coordinates backwards from direction headed. quick touch feature fix. Phone calls were clear, texts were timely and consistently coming in. battery drains pretty quick when multiple apps are open and that includes App Killer application use! but I can get a second battery and keep on trekking on my merry way. Loving Cricket no contract plus nearly full coverage all the way to Vegas too ( 2 dull spots)! Not bad for a free phone, nothing bad to say, think I will go work for them :-)

"No Service" every time I'm on property at the Disneyland Resort. Which is just awful since I work there. It just happened to me at home too and I live down the street from it! Rebooting my phone for the 3rd time in a row as I type this hoping to get my service back.

The reception is really bad here. My friends often ask to call my landline to talk. Once I was on a phone interview and the line dropped 3 times. I feel like it is circa 2000 with AT&T in this area. When I visit San Francisco, in certain areas, I have zero reception--I can't make calls or receive them. All 5 of my family members experience the same thing.

there is NO T-Mobile reception 99.9% of the time I get an X, no bars. I've contacted them many times and they insist the service in this area is satisfactory, absolutely NOT true. I'm spending about $90 a month for nothing, zero and I was told that they 'might' build a tower in the future. SO I guess I'm giving them money for a 'build a tower' fund?~!

There service is so bad that I'm getting so many dropped calls, I'm not even receiving all my phone calls. Sometimes when making a call the phone becomes silent and then busy (not the regular busy tone). The signal strength sucks to. I hate this because iv e never been so unsure of any cell service providers signal before like I am today with Verizon. Im truly afraid that I might not have service in an emergency, It's so bad that I need to walk around and look for a good calling spot and there 3G sucks balls. Beware of VERIZON Wireless... they offer poor service quality (it's not just in my area either).

I thought Verizon has the best service? I live about half a mile from a cell tower and acording to Verizon, there are nine of them in my area (I live close to DisneyLand) and get poor service. My phone keeps loosing signal... I get about 2 and if lucky 3 bars then I lose signal. I thought maybe it was a bad phone but then I got a htc Incredible and same issues. There is either 2 bars 1 and then its gone, as in no service. I am so frustrated with this company that I am ready to return and cancel. I am a former Sprint customer and had my line ported just to find out that they suck. Sprint has always given me FULL BARS EVERY place i've been to and gone. It beats Verizon hands down (in my area of orange County). Whats going on Verizon? CAN YOU HEAR US ALL NOW?

There is POOR service indoors, I just started a new contract with T-Mobil 1 week ago and will return it. My reception is so weak that I loose calls and signal very frequent. It's the worst carrier I have ever used. My mom has Sprint and swears that the service is excellent indoors and out with at least 4-5 bars.

Verizon's coverage here is terrible. I drop almost every call inside, and a fair amount of calls outside. I submitted a help ticket, and Verizon said they resolved the issue. Since then, I've noticed no improvement. Sprint and AT&T are great in this area.

I almost always have full coverage with T-Mobile in Orange County. At the very least I'll have three bars. The only time I ever have poor reception is when I'm in the middle of a very large building with thick walls, but even then, you know.

I didn't get reception in my house, my back yard, anywhere. I had to walk out to the curb to get reception and even then my calls would cut out.

Lived here for 10 years and AT&T reception has continued to improve over the years. Now with iPhone 3G, typical reception is 3-4 bars on 3G.

There are 3 phones in the house with Verizon service. TERRIBLE reception. Calls are nearly impossible. Text messages go through sometimes if you find a random spot in the house with at least a bar or two of reception. I don't think it's necessarily Verizon's fault. Apparently there aren't enough cell towers in the area. It would be perfect if they could put one up on the hill, but I heard that the land is protected and they aren't allowed..?

Inside usually get 1-3 bars but then it constantly drops your call. I can walk 2 ft. and it drops. sometimes must stay still in one spot to make a call indoors. If I go out to the parking lot, the call is better but still has "floating" dead spots so must keep walking around to stay in extended conversation. Also weak signal in the Downey area and cliff side in San Pedro area.

I love my 3G iPhone (for everything but phone calls), but Apple made a HUGE mistake by partnering with AT&T. I've spoken to the highest levels of technical support at AT&T and Apple. Neither has a solution. AT&T repeatedly lies by telling me that the tower for my area is being serviced. No reception in my home, and maybe one bar anywhere in my area. The latest upgrade to the iPhone has barely made reception better. Calls get dropped constantly. My wife has Verizon with her Blackberry and she's never once had any reception issues.

I get no reception in my house. I have to walk out to the street to get one bar. Same story with my husband's LG phone and every other phone we have had. Friends with Verizon and Sprint have no problems. I noticed my neighbor also has to go out to the street to talk.
