Had AT&T. Had T-Mobile. Trying to make a phone call anywhere in the so-cal area was a joke. Unless your willing to get ripped off by Verizon, Sprint is your only other choice. You have coverage everywhere and roam off Verizon when you don't. Haven't found more than 1 location where I have to roam. Sprint honestly is your best choice. Don't think the new merger with AT&T and T-Mobile will help. Your prices will only go up, and you'll continually have bad service. Good luck getting AT&T to build out their network in this area. They've been apparently doing it for years. Right...

Sprint is the only carrier we can get "loud and clear" I tested all the major carriers when we moved here from North Cal. last year and by far Sprint is the best! great reception throughout Sierra madre but a couple of spotty areas in Arcadia. My wife has T-Mobile thru her company and she can get no reception at our house. She has to drive around to make a phone call or check email. Would love to be able to get the I-Phone but... ..

Arcadia / On Santa Anita Between Longden and Las Tunas, Arcadia, CA 91007 |

It doesn't matter how many times I drive through here. I always end up dropping my calls. It's the section of trees when driving either north or south on Santa Anita between Longden and Las Tunas. Considering that there's a cell tower about a couple of blocks east, the drops still happen. I think it's those darn trees that line up the street.

Sprint is terrible in Arcadia. It only does well in central Arcadia. South of Duarte Rd. and North of the 210 Freeway, I get 1 bar or roaming and drop almost every call made. In residential neighborhoods the phones show "no service" or analog roaming. Just when I think it's doing well at 2-3 bars it drops to 1 bar. People with Verizon get great service in Arcadia.
