	Before November 04 I had excellent reception with ATT anywhere I went. Since Cingular took over ATT towers I am lucking to get one maybe two bars no matter where I am. Drop calls within 2 to 5 minutes and I can't hear the other person or they can't hear me. Cingular advises that all of the towers have been changed to receive their new phone system and if I want reception again I must change my service provider to Cingular and buy their equipment or pay $175.00 termination fee on all of my phones. Cingular customers that visit my home receive 5 bars, I myself only receive 1 or 2 bars in my home. I am being forced to pay termination fees or sign a new contract with Cingular. This is outrageous.
