I've had the iPhone since the beginning and been with AT&T. I recently switched to Verizon and got the 4S. The difference is mind-blowing! Verizon is SO much better. I was dropping 10 calls a day and now I drop only maybe one a day. I also just got back from London and Verizon let me get a local sim card, at local rates. WOW I saved a fortune compared to using at&t's international rates last summer. I don't know what took me so long?!

here in the hills of Beverly hills I have no reception in my home and continuous dropped calls all the time as I drive down from the hills through Beverly Hills world famous shopping district to Willshire Blvd.and La Cienega ATT coverage is horrible in the heart of Los Angeles. By comparison in Europe you could be in a subway or in in a cave in an isolated small island in the middle of the sea and you have clear signal anywhere.

can only get and make calls on the roof... ... .WTF?! and ATT makes such a big deal if you want to change your service to a company that actually works... Well, in the past I have actually had luck in having them lower my monthly rates and give me credits because of their poor service... now I am on a monthly and will switch to either Sprint of Verizon soon... Also check before you switch service and make sure that it is a service not using the ATT towers.

I have to use it on the roof. Seriously, I have to go up to the roof and make a call and schedule a time to receive calls... because I have to be on the roof to even get a ringing from my cell... ..uugh, and when in Topanga, which is where I'd like to move to, I also get nothing, nada, rien... .I will have to leave ATT pronto... even if I don't move, just on principle alone.

Verizon has a great network here. Calls are clear, data is fast, coverage is strong. Been with them for a week and love it. My family is switching this week! They love the Palm Pre Plus and it's on BOGO so they are very happy.

Sprint is extremely poor here. I'm about to break my contract with them later this week. I have some friends on Verizon and they love it. I will be switching to Verizon for the new Droid Incredible!

Good reception - until last night. Now it fluctuates from 1 to 3 bars! What gives?

Switched to Verizon and love it! I can now use my phone in my house. I get full service, and the 3G is faster then Sprints 3G.

No Service in my house. I use to roam off Verizon but not anymore! I'm switching to Verizon today for the Palm Pre Plus.

Crap reception until you get to either Doheny or Santa Monica, but you lose it again in the 500 blocks. Which is strange since AT&T bought Cingular, which gave me great reception in that neighborhood. Too bad the spectacular iPhone is crippled by poor signal strength

Poor to no reception from Nextel / Sprint. My Verizon cell always had great reception. My Verizon Broadband Aircard 60 / 40 (Broadband / National) signal levels. Disappointing

I live above Sunset, no Verizon reception up here. Sprint is the only company that works, but my company is on verizon. Bad choice.

My business is right in beverly hills, Sprint has always been good to me, especially the store on la cienega. Great service, great reception.

All of Beverly Hills is a dead zone for AT&T. Canceling my service as soon as it is up, from the looks of the ratings I'm following my family to Sprint.

Beverly Hills is great with Sprint service. They even have a tower inside the beverly hills courthouse. Very pleased with Sprint.

No service hardly anywhere in beverly Hills with Verizon. Works ok everywhere else, except where I live and work (Encino).

Rated on their reception map as "good." I get 3 bars outside if I'm lucky and occasional scrape together 1 bar in my thin-walled 1 bedroom apartment. Lots of dropped calls.
