Reception is horrible. Half of my texts don't go thru. Disappointing.

Verizon SUCKS! -- But then I understand coverage in Burbank is spotty at best with most carriers, and no one seems to know why? I keep saying it's alI the Media, Studio and Television Outlets and their Transmitters, but I am told "That shouldn't cause interference" So I keep calling Verizon. They keep blaming everyone and everything but themselves. Watching even a 30-Second Video on my phone is a total nightmare. Phone calls are dropped or take forever to even transmit. I recently volunteered to make phone calls for a Voter Registration Drive(each of us using our own phones). At a location near Kmart, my phone was getting zero reception, worse than even at home. I had to borrow a T-Mobile phone to even help out. Pretty much the day after signing a 2-year contract with Verizon, I was disappointed. Where's a "Test Drive" or at least a 30-Day Trial period? Once you sign, you're screwed!

Was great. Five bars than March poor reception. Always roaming. Some locations better than others but overall poor. What happened.

Since August 20th all my calls have been dropping. If I get a call I can hear them they can't hear me. If I call them they hear static or nothing at all. If I'm lucky enough to get 2 bars and actually have a call it drops after 49 seconds. If I drive away from the house I've had a few calls last for 4 minutes before dropping. Texting works OK so far. I've called multiple times, CSR tells me work is being done on the cell tower, should be fixed tomorrow. CSR center even texts me that the problem has been fixed but I still don't have service as of today September 7, 2011. I went to the ATT store where I got a snarky reception from the clerk who declared it's my phone without even checking it. I asked her to at least hold my phone and do some kind of diagnostic to see if it's the phone.She told me the ATT store doesn't do that, go to an Apple service center. She looked up something on the screen - all towers are working so it must be me. What BS! I'm on hold with 611 right now - oops - they can't hear me!

Up above the train tracks on San Fernando Rd. On Ontario St., which is off of San Fernando between Hollywood Way and Buena Vista St. Data service is HORRIBLE.

Dropped calls all the time. Especially as you go into the Burbank Hills. I don't know what really works in the Hills of Burbank?

No reception in my apartment. When I call the 3 bars drop and the call doesn't even go through. I can make one spotty call in about 4 tries. My 2 yrs are up with ATT next month. I'm switching. be careful in burbank

I lived less than a mile away, in Burbank, had no reception problems. Now, I have NO service in my apartment! Sometimes I look at my phone and see I have a voicemail from a call that went straight to VM; it won't even ring here! Sending a text takes, sometimes, three attempts to get it to go. Other bad spots, in which I warn the person on the other end that I will lose them, are going west on the 134 near Glendale Ave / Harvey, and going east and west on the 134 around Eagle Rock, Figueroa Ave. Seriously considering switching to Sprint, but am afraid of signing up for 2 years and getting the same service!

With 3G turned off signal quality significantly increases.

Reception is lousy. I can't even listen to my streaming audio or radio because the reception comes and goes. My emails are also affected. I thought it might be my phone but it is clearly AT&T... lousy reception here in Burbank. I wish they would fix this cause it's pretty annoying.
