North end of Las Virgenes in the Malibu Canyon Apartments. There is NO signal in the apartments. We have to walk out to the street and up about 1 / 4 mile to get reception. Even then, it's spotty.

I had decent reception for a whole year inside and outside my apartment, but in the past week I can't get a single bar, unless I drive out of the apartments or keep my phone up against a window. Very frustrating since I am self employed and work mostly from my home office. I don't know how coverage can deteriorate like that. I've called AT&T and they are clueless as to what may be happening here in recent days. My girlfriend has an iPhone 4S and she is experiencing the same issues, so I know it is not my phone. Bad reception in the Canyon, so let's put a cell tower in the hills behind.

Repeat of above. NO signal in Malibu Canyon Apartments. Can only have conversation if I start to drive out of complex toward 101 exits. I had Verizon in Hollywood for several years and then TMobile in Silverlake for a few more. NEVER had a problem with dropped calls or coverage in or out of house. Never knew what people complained about with coverage all the time... until I signed up with AT&T and bought an iPhone. If I ever move out of Calabasas, I'm going back to Verizon or TMobile. Those carriers and phones made me feel like I was walking around with a land line in my pocket.

Services drops are many, and more often than about a year ago. Frustrating trying to make a call, often have to call back several times to complete short conversation. Doesn't seem to be a carrier that is better in this area.

Terrible Reception towards the end of N Las Vigenes and NO Reception in the apartments at all. I have to walk to the street to get a signal. I have two AT&T Phones and the Motorola Q gets the same recption. Worse, my wife has a Verison phone and no bars at home as well. We have called and both compaines tell us we are in a Good Signal Area - they are no help and the only tower for the community is over the hill in Woodland Hills. You would think with the money in this are these companies would have a clue! NOT. Sprint is said to have the best service and I will test that out soon. Good luck

I get low service in this area. 2/5 bars in the high school. Low reception when you go further higher into the hills of Calabasas.

No reception in Old Calabasas. AT&T needs to improve in cell site towers. However after so many years of 0 bar to 1-2 bars. Thought it was a joke. AT&T may have improved slightly in it's coverage but reception and connection sucks.
