I want to review Clear Talk's reception in Mexicali. The singnal is strong-4 to 5 bars near the downtown, Plaza Cachanilla and Centro Cívico. You have 3 bars heading down Anáhuac, all the way to Juventud 2000. You can make and recieve calls on the US network as if you were in Calexico still. Once you get to Terán Terán, you are down to 2 bars and need to text. The farthur south you go, the weaker the signal, until you get to Las Lomas (end of Anáhuac) where you will have 1 bar. I live in Las Lomas and I can send and recieve texts from inside my house. Sometimes the phone rings but the call will get cut off due to lack of service. If I go outside and stand on the car (lol) I can get two bars and make or receive a call most of the time. In the rest of Chicali, the signal is strong WEST of Justo Sierra. Even if you are close to the border, east of this area (like San Pedro) you will have 1 or 2 bars outside. Bimbo, Nvo Mexicali, no coverage, maybe 1 bar at best. So, if you live in Mexicali and are thinking about this coverage, it's only worth it if you live west of Just Sierra and north of Laguna Xochimilco. Other areas will mean you can only text for the most part. If you live in Nuevo Mexicali or beyon you won't even get that. Service in Independencia, Pro Hogar is borderline and you will need to be outside to make or recieve calls... but will be able to text.
