New smartphones, several calls and hours spent with AT&T {tiered} customer service techs. Terrible service, dropprd calls, doesn't ring but goes straight to voicemail, person you are trying to reach isn't available messages, gurgled speech on the receiving end of call. on and on... .their answer - you have moderate coverage, you're paying for best coverage,but we don't guarantee service coverage. Of course they tried to pin it on the phones, they are all new, all smartphones, 3 different types and also the same problem with 2 other brands that aren't smartphones, couldn't explain that one. Then I get," Our suggestion is you purchase the micro cell which will help the signal inside the house only." Come on, it doesn't only apply to the signal strength inside the house. FIX the PROBLEMS with your signal strength / towers AT&T. These problems didn't exist before you merged with Cingular.
