	goes straight to voice mail. 4G whats that it must be related to the mythical 3G I heard so much of 1X data transfer if your lucky was told 4 to 5 years before service will be reliable in this area.

	New smartphones, several calls and hours spent with AT&T {tiered} customer service techs. Terrible service, dropprd calls, doesn't ring but goes straight to voicemail, person you are trying to reach isn't available messages, gurgled speech on the receiving end of call. on and on... .their answer - you have moderate coverage, you're paying for best coverage,but we don't guarantee service coverage. Of course they tried to pin it on the phones, they are all new, all smartphones, 3 different types and also the same problem with 2 other brands that aren't smartphones, couldn't explain that one. Then I get," Our suggestion is you purchase the micro cell which will help the signal inside the house only." Come on, it doesn't only apply to the signal strength inside the house. FIX the PROBLEMS with your signal strength / towers AT&T. These problems didn't exist before you merged with Cingular.

	Used to be 5 bars no probem, last few months terrible service, dropped calls, doesn't ring goes straight to voicemail. % different phones are involved, each different, 3 are new smart phones. No help from customer service at AT and T. Hello AT and T... .read your customers comments and fix your problem, add a tower or fix the dismal ones you own. 1 to the north at Neuralia and Munsey Rd, 1 to the south at 58 and CC Blvd, 1 to the west at Randsburg and Piute Pass. Why the terrible coverage in this town? How about charging us a mediochre price for the mediochre service, instead of paying a high price for services not working.

	It used to be awesome service full bars all the time... but the past few weeks? It has just dropped to almost nothing. It is almost as if the signal is wavering in and out. At first I thought it was my phone, however, my husband has Motorala i576 and his is doing the exact same thing. When you go to actually do something like send or receive a text msg... it completed plummets. sighs
