Never a problem with reception throught the Valley and all of L.A. Some problems going through the Santa Monica mountains to get to Malibu, but overall I'm quite pleased.

Since the evening of Aug. 6th when a car accident knocked doen the cell tower at Valley Circle and Jensen place I cannot get reception in my subdivision. I have always had great service with Verizon from anyplace I've been. I still continue to get great service outside of my subdivison.

Canoga Park, near DeSoto and Saticoy, reception is not too bad. Bars keep going up and down, sometimes the phone loses all the bars, as a result I am not able to make or receive phones call. Verizon has much better coverage in this area, but I don't like Verizon technology. GSM phones are great, specially if one travels, needless to mentiones all the great phones availables out there. Cingular customer service is good, too. Oh! The rollover, I love it! Like they say, your minutes are yours to keep! This is BIG plus for me!

Been with the Company ever since 2000 Great Reception Everywhere. Had a few Problems with the Phones but were always solved in an instant by customer service. My Fiance got a Verizon phone and her Reception sucks around San Fernando Valley, Calls get dropped every 4-5 minutes. Changed her over to Cingular and got us a Family Plan. And now everything is Perfect.

One bar, when upstairs or outside only. Rarely downstairs or inside the house.

I live in West Hills in the San fernando Valley. T-Mobile reception is terrible along Valley Circle and if I stand near my kitchen window on a good day with a following wind, I can get spotty reception. Even when my phone shows 2 bars I often cannot make calls.
