Reception is ok outside the house but sometimes none at all inside.

Until I got the iPhone in Feb I had great reception with my Razr. Initial part of call good but usually degrades and then drops. About a 30% drop rate.This not only happens at this location but many others too. Now onmy 4th phone. Seem that the latest trouble reports show many more iPhone users complaining. They call this a "rugged" terrain but it's not and there are 2 towers on either side. I stopped within 40 feet of one of them and only had 2 bars. Walked across the street and it dropped to 2. WTF.

Usually I have to go outside to connect. At night, upstairs on second floor, I can get some reception but it's sketchy... connects and then beep and "LOST CALL" display. Lost it where? I didn't move a muscle and other party didn't move either. Verizon Wireless engineer drove my neighborhood at request of City comm engineer. Admitted reception (RX) very poor, but no real plans to expand coverage equipment in next 2 years. I'm considering adding a Femtocell antenna that uses High-speed cable Internet connectivity as booster antenna. Like having a cellular dish in your house. $100-$200 for equipment if you already have HSI.

Unlike AT$T, with Sprint I get full bars, extremely fast data speeds and zero dropped calls. Full bars inside and out enabled me to get rid of my land line.

Indoors and outdoors very poor reception and dropped calls using several phones in my family.

I have terrible reception inside my house but the minute I drive two feet from home, I have full bars! Reception is fine everywhere but my house.

Good reception even indoors. If only the rest of their infrastructure was as strong as their signal.
