I'm getting a better signal with AT&T than I had with Sprint. However, I think that might be due to the difference in phones. Because I tried the iphone 4 (on AT&T) for 2 days and it barely registered any AT&T signal at all. So I returned the it and got the Motorola Atrix 4G instead (late March 2011). So perhaps my Sprint phone just couldn't grab a signal and hold it very well, either. For what it's worth, the Motorola Atrix 4G does GRAB A SIGNAL AND HOLD IT better than any of the 6 other phones I've used for any length of time (on Sprint and AT&T) at my current address. So the issue of dropped calls is no longer making me want to throw my phone against a brick wall. PS: I live in the 92011 zip code, but this coverage map doesn't recognize 92011 as a valid zip code. So I used the 92009 zip instead.

Indoors I get 3 bars. Still waiting for a 4G connection. I was able to get 4G in San Marcos, CA. So looks like it maybe on the way. Happy with service, just renewed my contract. Previously unhappy with Verizon, T-Mobile, and ATT. I tried the rest and now I am on the best.

Almost always get cut-off at this intersection. Most of South Carlsbad is good service

Few calls are dropped, but frequent dead spots during conversation. Same on first or second floor, inside or outside. In diagnostic mode, receive strength varies between 081 to 091, transmit strength ranges from 41 to 44.

I would consider this a dead spot. I cannot make a phone call with out having it dropped. I also cannot recieve calls in my bedroom.

I just got the iphone with ATT and the reception is absolutely horrible. I can barely get a signal even on my balcony. I have yet to have a phone call that doesn't get dropped. I'm actually in the process of taking ATT to small claims court to get out of my contract. BTW: small claims court is super easy to file. My buddy won his case and he got out of his contract and recieved all his monthly payments for the last 6 months back.

AT&T used to be really good at 5 bars consistent day or night. Now lucky to get one bar day or night. Absolutely poor service.

Reception just OK up untill about 3 weeks ago then something changed and reception went to one bar or less.

Dropped calls as you pass through this intersection heading south on Rancho Santa Fe Road.

Reception comes and goes. frequent dropped calls.

Does not work well in the house. Otherwise reception is ok. Lose it at Hosp Way and El Camino Real.

Been a customer for 10 years with absolutely no problems until the last 4 months. Have NO reception in LaCosta Valley, none in my home at all. Phone is worthless. Verizon tells me that AT&T has put up new towers in the area that blocks reception. Verizon offered absolutely no help - Time to get a new carrier!!

If I walk around the parking lot, then occasionally the call connects and lasts for few minutes.

Verizon has excellent reception in and around this area and San Diego County. In fact, I have not found an area (except on the beach) where Verizon did not work well. I have had both Cingular and AT&T prior to Verizon and both were baisically worthless. I had to stand in one corner of my house to get one bar. Both had numerous dead zones along the 5 freeway as well. I would NOT recommend Cingular / AT&T.

Cingular TDMA (formerly ATT Wireless). 1-2 Bars at best in the Valencia complex / Rancho Carillo.

Front of my house (N) gives great reception; back is not so good, until you get into the yard. I see T-Mobile has planning app in for a tower on 101 and Tamarack - hopefully they'll carry Cingular equipment on there too!

Can't make or receive calls in my house or driveway; also, dead spots on Tamarack as you head from El Camino to beach / I-5 (west).

I get good reception in Rancho Carillo area of Melrose and Palomar Airport.

1 bar at best in my house. 2 bars in the backyard. Wish I had Verizon back.
