Bad reception and frequent dropped calls. Made many complaints but AT&T has done nothing, not even offered their micro tower.

In my house I get 2 bars outside my house I get full bars. I've only had a handful of drop calls due to the position of the cell phone... I haven't experience any dead zones in the surrounding cities.

As soon as I exit Wilmington ave. off the 91 fwy I get NO SERVICE on my i560 motorola I had a different Motorola phone before and I had the same problem I am a trucker and these area has a lot of wharehouses where I either pick up or deliver cargo I've had Nextel for 6 years now and will probably go with a different carrier NEXTEL / SPRINT... Pretty much always get full bar reception in my house. I just wish their customer service was as good as the reception! I can't wait till my contract is up

Reception is average. I get free incoming, but the other line always hears other people's converstion. Can't beat the free incoming though.

I get great service from Verizon everywhere except for where I live... In my house and in the surrounding area I never know if and / or when a call is going to drop. It sucks big time.

My phone carrier is T-Mobile and inside my house, I could never get any service. Most of my calls are being dropped and when I receive and make calls, I mostly hear static. When I look at my phone, most of the time I would only get one or two bars if I am lucky. But most of the time, my phone just says "Emergency Calls Only". I just hope they can do something about this because I Have tried using other phones just to see if I can get a better signal but my phones all turned out the same. And i'm not the only one complaining, my neighbors are also complaining about the service we've been receiving.

Sketchy on Wilmington. Gets better as you approach the 405.

Reception seems to change with in the same room with most companies and phones, so I'm not sure one can extrapolate this to represent a total experienes. However, GSM systems (Cingular / T-Mobile) tend not to have as good of reception as CDMA / TDMA (Sprint / Verizon) systems. Their 'tracking' seems more consistent. For calling / going overseas and for the ease of a SIM card which stores call info, I still prefer GSM service. There will always be sketchy spots.

Reception is very sketchy. Sometimes you're good, sometimes you're not.

In the Los Angeles South Bay in general, Verizon does not have problems getting a signal. I have noticed problems whne in basements of large structures such as the first level at the Del Amo Mall (Burlington Coat Factory, JC Penney. No problems anywhere else

I am not sure if my probem is my carrier or not, this is my second phone with T-mobil and the reception is worse with the T68i than with the free Samsung R225 that I have. I am not sure what to do, I cannot use this phone indoors. My mother has the R225 and she works at the community center in Carson, and she cannot get a signal. If we are setting in certain rooms of the house the R225 phones won't get a signal, so I am thinking that it is T-mobil that is inadequate.
