Very poor reception in my house, 0 to 2 bars, drop calls all the time. I fill out AT&T report an issue and they always send back we have plans to upgrade the tower near you, however it never never helps at all. AT&T should just customers who have poor or bad service a femtocell for their home free of charge.

I get great coverage except in the deep East County area. I honestly haven't had many problems... yes a dropped call here and there but overall... its been good to me since 2004.

Cingular SUCKS in this area. If I want to get signal, I have to drive down the street towards broadway. When I am at home, my phone will show full signal till I pick it up, then it shows NO signal.

The new community near the new Sharp Medical Center on East Palomar Rd has virtually NO reception with Cingular Wireless. I understand it's a new community, but you would think that Cingular would act quick and work on getting reception to many potential customers. Especially when there are three Cingular stores in the neighboring area.

I've never had any real problems with Cingular's service in the Chula Vista area. Though there are certain areas in Rancho Del Rey and Bonita where the reception is spotty (sometimes down to 1 bar).

DO NOT GET NEXTEL! Yet you see people standing all over broadway about 2 blocks from where I live holding NEXTEL signs and the service sucks! Just about an hour ago I dropped 3 calls in a row. Luckily it was speaking with a close friend who keept calling me back and it was not job related. I even stood by my window and still nothing. Right now I only have 1bar and a few minutes ago it was saying NO SERVICE! Im paying 60.00 a month to have a phone I can not use. Im going to try Verizon next. Ive heard nothing but good comments from people that have their service. Im happy my contact is over with NEXTEL this Valentines day. After over 5 yrs with NEXTEL, GOOD BYE NEXTEL!!

NEXTEL sucks. Their solution for fixing their bad coverage footprint is to give you bonus minutes. What good is that when the phone reads "NO SERVICE." Go verizon, that is all I have to say.

Almost no rececption for home. and when you go over the ridge even worse. It's almost like over hill and through the woods we go with no recieption.
