For years, I had AT&T, and my wife had T-Mobile. She had ZERO reception at home (Claremont, N of Baseline) and mine was hit and miss, mostly miss. I never knew what was a DROPPED call until I changed over to AT&T from Verizon. About two years ago, we both changed back to Verizon, awesome reception. No problems since.

I get anywhere from 0-2 bars in my house, and the persons voice cuts out sometimes, but rarely will the call be cut off (end). I get varied reception around Claremont and surrounding cities, but it is usually ok, meaning that the signal is strong enough to continue my conversation without many words being cut out.

Often no reception, especially inside. Verizon sucks at the Claremont Colleges.

tmobile has horrible reception in Claremont, especially within the Claremont Colleges. It drops calls completely almost every time you dial, and often will cut out the audio half way through a call whether you call someone or someone else calls your phone. I have heard of good reviews from Verizon and AT&T.

Verizon reception was once good from inside my home. Since the completion of the 210 freeway reception has declined and now calls are dropping frequently. Clarity is poor. It is interesting to note that calls drop more frequently during rush hours on the freeway. Verizon has been contacted but won't do anything until more complaints come in.

I get reception indoors - strength can vary, but usually not an issue. bf has t-mobile, and can't get reception indoors - only outside.

Great reception outdoors and in apartment buildings (3-5 bars). However, no reception inside stores, office bldgs along many grocery stores / building along Foothill between La Verne and Upland.

T-Mobile seems to only have problems above Baseline in the Claremont area. It works everywhere on the 10-210-60. Verizon is still a lot better, and Nextel is a little better.

My house is NW of the intersection. If I get lucky, I'm between 1 and 2 bars in my house. Other ppl in the house use Verizon. They get good reception anywhere in the house.

Subpar signals, especially indoors. Usually 1-2 bars. 1 in 5 times can not even make the connection. Concrete buildings: forget about it.
