We switched from a Verizon V3200 and a V6100 to AT&T V365s - what a difference! We FINALLY get reception at home - full bars to boot! No more walking down the road to use the cell phone at home... hallelujah! We can't get reception at friend's house in Hercules now, but we're home more often than we're over there, so I'm ok with it.

When you exit 680 on Diablo, you drop the call. Traveling from Alamo to Danville on surface, plan on losing a call more than 3 times in 3 miles. Cingular used to have great coverage in downtown Danville, but for the past 6 months it's been dismal!

AT&T drop-off calls are way too frequent. In our family we have 3 different phone models all using AT&T GSM and basically the same poor service quality. I drive on the main interstate 680 and loose connection several times. I plan to switch. Think of it... How would we be rated in our jobs if we got it right 50% of the time?

Have found Nextel and Sprint have the best coverage for the Danville / Blackhawk area. Been very happy.

poor reception. Very poor to non existent in my home office. Frequently goes to roam to get signal. Sound quality scratchy and fading. Phone mail sometimes days late. Need to stand outside for any hope of positive results. I dread winter.

Loss of signal from the intersection of El Cerro and Diablo Rd all the way to the intersection of Diablo Rd and Clydesdale. Read another complaint filed on this site a year ago that states its poor all the way down Green Valley and Stone Valley Rd. Verizon whats up????

No bars at home; calls disconnect as soon as I get near the fire station on Diablo Rd or near Monte Vista High School coming from Stone Valley Road. My phone doesn't even ring at home, and it doesn't notify me of voice mail messages either unless I'm out in the street, and then I can't even retrieve them until I'm way down the street! Service in Danville sucks!

I get great reception from Danville to Oakland and around the bay area, but it's a different story when I'm at home or at Los Cerros Middle School or Monte Vista High School. In the past, I used to have No bars at all at home, but over the last couple of months, I noticed in a couple of areas at home I now get 1 bar and once in a blue moon I get 2. It's a near miracle to be able to make an actual call from home and hold a full conversation; I normally have to walk around out in the street to get enough reception to have a normal conversation. Hope they get service out here soon.
