Cell phone registers 4 bars of reception and has great sound quality. Recently changed from Verizon, which had horrible reception: crackly sound quality, calls constantly dropped. Loved Verizon in Northern California, but absolutely hate it here. Boyfriend has TMobile (Blackberry) and he has decent reception comparable to ATT.

My phone or my husband's or even friends visiting gets SOS / 0 signal. I hate ATT. Signal sucks inside my house. I have to go out towards Huntington to get at least 1 bar for signal. Friends who have Verizon seems to have no problem getting or making calls inside my house. Can't wait to end contract with ATT. Plan to switch to verizon.

Average 1 to 3 but rarely dropped at home - not so good at the supermarket

We are going to switch carriers. AT&T / Cingular is horrible here. When you can't use your cell phone at home, it's really frustrating. Our next door neighbors just got Verizon and have no trouble at all, so we'll probably switch to Verizon.

Reception is very bad inside the house and surrounding areas. I called AT&T(Cingular) and they issued a network ticket for me. The customer service agent said if enough of my neighbors call AT&T(Cingular), they will likely build a new tower in this area. So, if you use AT&T(Cingular), please call them and asked the customer service person to issue a network ticket to complain about the poor reception in this area. So, we won't be frustrated any more.
