Cell phone registers 3 bars of reception but good luck connecting or staying connected. Reception is horrible, crackly sound quality, calls are constantly dropped. Loved Verizon in Northern California, but absolutely hate it here in Southern California. Recently switched to ATT (iPhone) and have better reception, no dropped calls. Boyfriend has TMobile (Blackberry) and he has decent reception comparable to ATT.

The V710 is one powerful phone! Better service than Cingular and Nextel here (both of those are 3-4 bars).
