Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Blackberry Pearl 8130	Can't get reception in house unless I'm in one spot in the bedroom. If I move, I either break up or drop calls. Can't seem to locate any tower near by. Also, unable to connect computer on high speed internet very well using wireless device through Verizon.

Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Audiovox CDM-8900	I used to get two or more bars on my phone when I switched from AT&T to Verizon, an improvement. After a few months, service went down. Now there are areas around the triangle of Appian, Valley View and Sobrante Ave. that are dead, and lower Appian Way and much of San Pablo Dam Rd.through El Sobrante no longer work. What happened?! Complaining hasn't helped. I was told there were "problems in the Berkeley area" months ago, and that includes El Sobrante, I guess.
