	It's about a C- rating in terms of reception. I get all kinds of dropped or missed calls. It made me think that GSM sucked.

	Can't get reception in house unless I'm in one spot in the bedroom. If I move, I either break up or drop calls. Can't seem to locate any tower near by. Also, unable to connect computer on high speed internet very well using wireless device through Verizon.

	Too many dropped calls, I have a hard time connecting. I went to Verizon with the problem, they upgraded my software - it seems a little better but still not very good. Will another provider be any better?

	Reception on the street is spotty. Indoors near the hillside I get nothing.

	I used to get two or more bars on my phone when I switched from AT&T to Verizon, an improvement. After a few months, service went down. Now there are areas around the triangle of Appian, Valley View and Sobrante Ave. that are dead, and lower Appian Way and much of San Pablo Dam Rd.through El Sobrante no longer work. What happened?! Complaining hasn't helped. I was told there were "problems in the Berkeley area" months ago, and that includes El Sobrante, I guess.
