Very spotty coverage West of the 405 (sometimes full bars, sometimes none). Given the amount of homes and private schools in this corridor, not to mention a fire station, one would expect better coverage.

Very poor coverage for such a major intersection. You can barely get a call in or out while at Starbucks, Barnes and Noble or at Ralphs.

I second another comment posted about this part of Encino. The minute you begin to go south of Ventura on Hayvenhurst, reception gets progressively worse until you hit Lanai and Hayvenhurst Dr, where it just drops completely. I must mention that it's no better with Verizon or T-Mobile. For some reason, this heavily populated area (which is less than a mile from the heavily commercial Encino / Ventura Bl business district) is one big dead zone.

Zero reception from Mullholland to Ventura. You can litterally be 20 feet South of Ventura and get no reception, and once you turn onto Ventura you get reception. However, reception on Ventura is less than stellar. I don't believe I've ever gotten to complete a call on Ventura that the phone didn't cut off. Also, on the Westside service drops on Olympic around Overland.

In the hills near Mulholland. Hit and miss inside. I have line of sight across the valley but the signal is still lousy.

The signal alternates between Poor and No Reception, making it effectively IMPOSSIBLE to have a reliable cellphone conversation! I can't even check my voicemail, as the signal drops PIN# digits as they're being transmitted!

No reception in the hills bad customer service too. My wife's cell phone is from Sprint and has reception pretty much everywhere.

Everything west of Sepulveda in the Encino hills is a dead zone. We lose calls as soon as we turn west off Sepulveda. Even at the top of some of those hills, with a clear view and line of site to the entire West Vally, I rarely get above 1.5 bars.

I get pretty good reception, but it can waver from room to room like a breeze...

5 out 5 bars on T-Mobile. Works great! Tried Sprint and it was impossible to maintain connectivity. Friends with AT&T and Verizon were were 3 to 5 bars. Hate to see T-Mobile disappear into AT&T.
