5 out 5 bars on T-Mobile. Works great! Tried Sprint and it was impossible to maintain connectivity. Friends with AT&T and Verizon were were 3 to 5 bars. Hate to see T-Mobile disappear into AT&T.

Living in Encino for a year, I've never had a dropped call from home. Verizons great but honestly you pay through the nose for excellent service.

Very poor coverage for such a major intersection. You can barely get a call in or out while at Starbucks, Barnes and Noble or at Ralphs.

Very spotty coverage West of the 405 (sometimes full bars, sometimes none). Given the amount of homes and private schools in this corridor, not to mention a fire station, one would expect better coverage.

Everything west of Sepulveda in the Encino hills is a dead zone. We lose calls as soon as we turn west off Sepulveda. Even at the top of some of those hills, with a clear view and line of site to the entire West Vally, I rarely get above 1.5 bars.

I am currently using T-Mobile V330 camera phone and I get very little coverage at all. It gets really frustrating having this really nice phone that won't give me very good reception whatsoever. Along Ventura Blvd.the reception is beautiful, but a few blocks south of the boulevard at my house the reception is awful. My contract ends at the end of July, so I am thinking of switching to the more reliable service of Verizon or Nextel. The price of T-Mobile is very reasonable, but I am not sure if the relatively cheap price is worth not having great coverage all the time. Thank you.

The signal power is very week, thanks to Nokia, I had other phones and I could not get even 1 bar, the service sucks as we know, sometimes I get 2 bars inside the house, then I have drop calls. With my other phones (Sony Ericsson, MDA, TREO650) I never had even 1 baar. I had to go outside.

Zero reception from Mullholland to Ventura. You can litterally be 20 feet South of Ventura and get no reception, and once you turn onto Ventura you get reception. However, reception on Ventura is less than stellar. I don't believe I've ever gotten to complete a call on Ventura that the phone didn't cut off. Also, on the Westside service drops on Olympic around Overland.
