	I can make and receive phone calls if I stand in one spot in my living room facing west. Text messages go through quickly and I receive emails timely. I don't think any other service will work here.

	We purchased two new I Phones Dec. 2011, one worked at home one didn't, I took mine back to Virison Chico, they said service is spotty in my area, I asked why one works and one doesn't,they had no answer so upon my Insistance I got another phone, It didn't work, now about 300 miles of driving back and forth to Chico I decided to try a Motorola Droid X-2 it doesn't work either, but my wife's works fine and friends with other servers get reception off the Virison towers at my house roaming. I've taked to Service Tecs on the phone they said their could be a flaw in my phone that can't be fixed so buying a smart phone from Virison in Chico to use in my Area is a Crap Shoot with 99 to 1 odds against you. Also when I told a Female rep at the Virison Store about what the service tech told me on the phone she called me a lier. I don't need to insulted by staff from the Virison Chico Store in the Mall. As far as the Droid X-2 it works ok in the city.
