Signal was good until around Nov, 2010. Since then, the signal has been terrible. Dropped calls, static, broken up conversation. I was told AT&"T was upgrading the cell towers in the area, but it shouldn't take this long or have this bad of an affect on the coverage.

I've noticed sporadic reception during the day, but at night 90% dropped calls. Lucky to get 1 bar inside or out. Notified T-Mobile about the issue a month or two ago. No fix. Time to change carriers.

I've had T-Mobile and never could get reception where it mattered-home / church / work. Been with Verizon for 3 years and it is MUCH better! I am VERY happy with Verizon service in Anaheim, Santa Ana and Garden Grove and elsewhere.

Often lose signal quickly. Goes from three bars to none in seconds. Lose ALL calls within a minute or two. Often miss calls all together. Improved for awhile, but getting bad again.

My Motorola v400 would not work at the south end of my small townhouse. It worked fair at the north end.

get dropped calls all the time, had a firmware update and still the same - very poor reception in Garden Grove and Westminster area

Too many calls go into voice mail without even ringing.

I've been with Verizon Wireless for almost 3 years now. No disappointments here. Excellent service everywhere I go. I would definetly recommend Verizon Wireless for anyone living in Southern California.
