The reseption is poor to no reception. Asked Verizon about an antenna option with amp. / repeater and received no responce. If phoner antenna is facing just right, can receive a signal.

I have had excellent service with Verizon in a rural area I worked. My coworkers had cingular, At&t, sprint.
