Verizon 5 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola droid (orig)	Good cell and 3G service on my orig droid and wife's iPhone 4 (not s). Did quick test using speedtest.net's app and get 200 kbps down and 175 kbps up with 104 ms ping. Redid and got 1116 down, 374 up, 112 ping. Last one 1162, 53, 154. So, first one not great, second good, third had good down and horrible up. I feel it's usually closer to the 1000kbps mark. Looking forward to a 4g upgrade next month with the galaxy nexus, most likely. Will try to remember to report back.

AT&T 1 Out of 5	There is tower close so the reception is very very poor. I pay them $ 200 on 2 iphones and another phone. Also I have a ATT business with zero reception. I am switching service in Sept 2011

T-Mobile 1 Out of 5	I'm lucky to get one bar in my house. Sometimes two bars (but unreliable) if I stand on the upstairs balcony. Have to stand in the middle of the street to hold a conversation. We have a friend with Verizon, and hers seems to work okay... that's what I'm trying next.
