I was so excited to get my new iPhone - but the excitement quickly dissipated as I found out my new iPhone gets NO SERVICE, or 1 bar at most in my home and around. I occasionally get 3-4 bars, with 3G, but only driving in certain areas, and its only brief. The iPhone is by far the coolest and funnest phone, even piece of electronics I've ever owned for that matter, but I'm sad to say, I'm leaving this morning to return my iPhone to AT&T and will continue with my PERFECT Verizon service and reception. It's really too bad Verizon can't make a deal with Apple.

AT&T Cell Phone Service Sucks in the Huntington Beach Harbor {Edinger / Melody} Area! I'm called Customer Service and they tell you lies! I'm waiting to get out of my Service Contract in Dec 08 and will switch over to their Competition! AT&T raise the Bars is BS! I have great service everywhere in the LA / OC area except HB Harbor area! Do not but AT&T Cell Service - maybe they'll fix the problem one day! LOL! Cloest Cell Tower is 3 miles away! Wake Up AT&T - get with it or continue to get bad "Word of Mouth" from actual users! 0-1 bars... . maybe!

No reception here in the shadow of Edwards Hill. Have tried to get ATT to help but they say my area has "moderate coverage" and refuse to let us out of our contract. When it is up I will probably go with Verizon.

Poor reception

Great reception from Huntington Beach to Buena Park up Beach Blvd. (my commute). Can use my cell in the house and all day at work.

I don't actually know how many bars I get, but I know that my indoor calls are constantly dropped and I have to sit outside anytime I want anyone to hear me. This doesn't do much for privacy since I live in Sandpointe Apartments (17th and Delaware), and all the residents' doors circle the pool and face each other. It's really a pain -- I have been eagerly awaiting the end of my contract.

Make a turn into SeaGate off of Promenade and all calls drop. AT&T service from a Cingular customer. Almost no reception in most parts of the house.

Frequent dropped calls. Signal fluxuates between 0 and 2. Also tested with Nokia phone with same results. This is our home location, both out and in doors.

Good reception everywhere, goes down to average in weird spots in my house (bathrooom). I hear a lot of AT&T / Cingular customers lose reception closer to the beach (which is probably true cause none of them pick up who live by the beach... ) otherwise Verizon is fine in those areas.
