	I never NEVERRRRR get reception inside or outside of where I live. On average I have about 15 dropped calls a day. If I do go outside I get about 2 bars and that's the most I get, unless I go to downtown that's about the only place I get all 5... it sucks. maybe it's just the phone's brand imma try a Motorola next time I buy one.

	Get no reception what so ever. Have to step outside to get reception and even then its only about 1 bar. So many dropped calls, I get my voicemail messages hours later and I miss so many calls. Do not go with T-Mobile its a rip off.

	I have been a long time, Loyal customer of Cingular since it was Pacific Bell. I am not too happy with them since they changed. Customer service is horrible, signal strength is poor in buildings, and the only reason I stay is because of rollover minutes.
