Switched from AT&T when company was bought. Loose reception on strand at start and end. Motorola phone V551 is bad bad bad! The phone drops call while standing in place. Volume on phone picks out what it wants not what you need. Also phone message delivery time varies daily. sometimes I get it in minutes other times in days. Customer service is much better than AT&T. So at least they listen to compaints. Does not fix then but good for venting, usually drops call while doing it.

The phone always goe's dead and the corner of 13th and Palm Ave. I'm thinking of switching to a different phone, or maybe a whole new company.

During the week days at my apt the reception is good, but often on the weekends the reception goe's bad, sometimes no reception at all. For the most part I think the reception comes down to the type of cell phone and the strength of the antenna is has.

Terrible reception! When will Apple get smart and give another carrier the iPhone??? AT&T must be paying off Apple big time to keep the competition away!

T-Mobile has no coverage at my house on my phone or 4G router. I have to go at least 4 blocks away, 2 blocks North and 2 blocks East, to get any kind of, even marginal, connection, yet T-Mobile will not let me cancel my contract without trying to charge me $200 per line for my phone and router! I have been paying them for NO SERVICE for 9 months and they STILL will not let me out of my contract without the cancellation fees. That SUCKS!
