I just looked at Att's coverage map, What a lie. I live off Oceanpark and main st in Santa Monica and have almost no service on my Iphone it is also total crap all the way to Venice. I work in San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco and always have the worst reception of anyone I am with. ATT you suck. I cant wait until Verizon gets the Iphone and I can say "See you later to Ma Bell.

I just moved to a home in a gated community. I was unaware of the very poor cell phone service in this area. I have found that the reception is poor for all cell phone customers, not just T-mobile. My cell phone is new, but the battery is usually drained by 2pm due to the phone constantly searching for a signal.

I've had every carrier even the old at&t. Cingular NOW the NEW AT&T is the best pound for pound as far as reception. It's really about your needs. The AT&T blackberry curve is the best recpetion phone i've ever had. I maybe have dropped 12 calls in the last year. Really if you have the right device your good to go. When shopping for phones you have to askthe sales person about their best 3 reception phones. Donald... .. it not about trends it's about reception you can'T VIEW MMS MESSAGE ON THE IPHONE NOT TO MENTION THE RECEPTION...

In the intersection of Stocker, Overill, and La Brea, calls drop. One reason may be because it's a hill.
