For some reason it seems to be the actual cell phone that can't receive the signal, but to be honest it's fine for me. I rarely get dropped calls and so forth. You guys should upgrade!

Awful reception, sometimes no message or missed call alert. No way to stay on a call long they cant hear me or the call drops. I do live on a hill maybe part of the problem.

I thought it was funny that Cingular advertised that they had the fewest dropped calls. With my RAZR I got crummy sound and poor signal. I guess now I know why the "Leading Independent Research Company" won't allow it's name to be published. Singlebar did not even last past the 14 days for me.

Used to get good reception prior to August, 2005 in La Habra. Now, I do not get any reception on 4 different Cingular phones through out most of the city. Cingular has no idea why and has no plans to investigate further. It has been 3 months now and still no change. I have decided to drop Cingular ($300 bucks for two phones... Total BS!) Found that Verizon works in most of the city like Cingular used to. Bottom line: If you live in La Habra do not get Cingular.
