100% dropped calls from this location. Verizon refused to acknowledge any such problem for most of my 2 years.

I almost always drop any call coming to my house on Cinnabar. Sometimes the phone does not even ring. This is difficult for me as I work from home a lot, and need my phone. Verizon refuses to acknowledge that there is a problem. I switched from Sprint as soon as my contract was up due to same problem and same denial of problem by Sprint. This was a problem when I lived on Sunrise near the Village of La Mesa. Also when I got to my office on Mount Helix near the Brigantine. Drops every time. The worst is not being able to rely on my phone whatsoever in my home. Solution anyone?

Very bad reception with many dropped calls from Grossmont HS. Also poor nearby, including the Arco Station near Murry Dr. and Water St. and Across Interstate 8 at Grossmont Blvd. and Shawdow Dr.

Bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. On the rare occassion I get a bar, my service fluctuates as if trying to trick me into thinking I can make a call from my house. Elsewhere it is okay, but at home... no luck.

I get good reception every other day! (I'm not joking.) On bad days, calls are occasionally dropped or voices are chopped up. We live half way up Grossmont hill. To be fair, the T-Mobile coverage map showed weaker signal on the hill than in the valleys, near the 8 and 125 freeways. Everywhere else I get good reception, though haven't tried the phone much higher up on our hill. Some rooms of our house are much worse than others. The street is always better. Lots of long walks on the bad days. Prior to T-Mobile, I used a Motorola cell phone with a pre-paid Net10 service, and reception at my home was far more reliable. My family plan is a real gift for folks with kids strewn across the country. We talk for 45 minutes or more at a time, with no per-minute charge.

I get great service throughout the San Diego area much better than sprint, cingular, and Nextel which I have had before. Also Nokia phones give better service than Motorola phones for T-Mobile service at least from my experience.

I am very satisfied with Verizon except at my house. I seem to be in a very poor reception spot.

When I go into my local Vons I loose all or have 1 bar of reception left. BUT I can still make a call fine, it sounds the same if I had 5 bars. Then as soon as I live Vons and step outside I get 5 bars back again. Cingular needs more 850 towers in CA to cover indoors better.
