Everybody CONSTANTLY gets irritated that my phone is "cutting out". It's irritating because theirs is doing it, too. La Paz has some weird demons because I don't even get KROQ on my car stereo driving on La Paz and Moulton. I bought an extended antenna that is about 3 inches tall and it STILL cuts out in my bedroom and while I drive. I am so sick of us customers paying out the teeth for dropped calls, irritatingly choppy calls, BAD OVERALL RECEPTION. I've had Cingular for 8 years and have gone through about 5 different cell phones. Everybody complains I cut out. Funny thing is I do tend to get reception where other carriers DON'T, but what good is it if I'm cutting out so badly my other party hangs up on me in frustration!? Driving North on the 5 by El Toro Rd.it loses signal. Same with driving on the 405 right after the "Y". I don;t want to get cancer from having a cell tower every block, but there has to be a better solution to all of us dealing with this.

There are so many drop zones it is horrible. No reception on MacArthur right next to John Wayne Airport and ZERO reception up and over on the 273 toll road. When I had overages, they were unwilling to back charge me for unlimited service and stuck it to me as hard as they could, to the tune of over $500. 85% of my calls go to voice mail, they do not even ring, but of course it signals me I have voice mail. I am switching to Verizon, I am going to have to pay a $200 fee but I will make it back in 4 months. For Lake Forest, MV, Laguna Hills and this area this is a terrible, horrible cellular provider, do not use them.

Started getting reception in my home a few months ago, but it is spotty. Driving I5 in Irvine or going over the 241 toll roads it always drops calls. Enen drops calls when I have full signal strength.

Horrible, I am not sure if the problem is with the phone (HP 6315) or T-Mobile service. I would like to find out if I can take this phone to another carrier, I hope it makes a difference.
