There are too many dead spots on the mountain. I can make calls in Blue Jay and in the Village in Lake Arrowhead. I have created a great Cellphone Enhancement Device if anyone is interested. It consists of a cone shaped aluminum foiled hat. I works wonders with the reception... he he. Sprint should get a clue.

Great Service, it just keeps getting better, before many places didn't get service and now they do. Defiantly Works Great!

Had AT&T originally. Reception was great. When I switched to Cingular after the merger, reception became non-existant in Lake Arrowhead, except in the village.

No signal at this location. However it does work in Lake Arrowhead Village and a few other plces in the area. Very poor coverage.

When purchasing our home we tried realtor's phones and other visitor's phones at our cabin. The only carrier that worked was Sprint. In fact the connection is perfect. Data services (Vision) work perfectly as well. Works great at our cabin, in the Village and in Blue Jay. But coverage in spotty inbetween.

Reception with Verizon is amazing all over Southern California, Lake Arrowhead included. We had Sprint before and could only make very choppy calls in this area, and also dropped a lot. With Verizon, voice quality is very clear with no intereference at all. We are also back and forth between Lake Arrowhead and the San Gabriel Valley a lot, and have great signal everywhere it seems. The phone we used is also one of the highest rated for Verizon reception so I highly recommend Verizon and the V265.

Great across most of the mountain. Few dropped calls. Works great (GSM).

Lake Arrowhead, CA. Just switched from AT&T with a TDMA Nokia to Cingular with a GSM Motorola. Service is much worse. Dropped calls. Sometimes can barely get a signal.
