Had T-Mobile and recently upgraded to Cingular (Yes, upgraded) because with T-Mobile I had 1 bar may be 2 bars max while inside my house. Now, with Cingular, I rarely see anything below 4.

Horrible service, I can't wait until my contract is up! I might consider paying the early release fee!

There is no carrier I would rather be with than T-Mobile. They have great customer service and they have made the only commercials I believe in. Check them out under singing mob on Youtube BUT -- the reception is poor in my area and I was compelled to go elsewhere. T-Mobile, you have got to erect more towers in the Antelope Valley and then appeal to your lost customers to come back!

Inside my house, I get good reception, all 5 bars. That's not the case with my mothers phone though. She constantly gets dropped calls, and when she goes to work (Edwards AFB), she gets hardly any reception at all. Same thing with me when I go to her job. We asked the T-Mobile reps why they had horrible reception on Edwards, and they said that they were building tower up there. Since no one ever knows when they are doing it and how long it will take, we are switching to Verizon very soon. Luckily we don't have contracts with T-Mobile or we would be out of luck.

I've had T-Mobile for about 5 years with mixed results. The drive to LA is pretty good. 90th West-Willow Springs Rd. to Tehachapi is dead for at least 20% of the time. Inside buildings, my phone sometimes dies--malls, businesses, LAX, etc. On many occasions, my phone dies while someone else's phone doesn't. I'm thinking of switching to Sprint or Verizon.
