Works all the time. My complaint is shady tactics. We bought an Ipad when the salesman said the bill could be broken up over 3 months. WRONG! He got a wigget and we got BERATED with phones calls wanting it paid in full. We plopped down $700.00 the next month and our service was shut off due to.11 cents! The salesman told us the wrong amount. Now we have to call and go through the effort to get it off our record. "They are SO sorry about the inconvienance." Why does this ALWAYS happen right before our contract comes due? We we're going to upgrade to the Iphone and the new 4G wireless cards. I don't know now. I might make them wait till the contract is up and sweat losing a $350.00+ account!

My UM 175 for wireless broadband has poor reception also.

I just want to say that all of the negative comments about Sprint on this website are from the Navel Air Base. I will challenge all of you sexually oppressed individuals in the Naval Air Station to bring their crappy companies up against Spint / Nextel. It works great on the base in Lemoore and all the surrounding communities. It also works great at the casino in Lemoore. So quit your crying and change services if you are not happy..

Before moving onto base Sprint worked great for us. Now we do not have a signal or if we have a signal as soon as we dial it says searching for signal. Customer Support is the worst I have ever experienced! This is something else I don't understand is my phone will beep I have a message but will not ring, it just goes straight to voice mail. My best advice, DONT GO WITH SPRINT!

sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't

I can sit in my house all day long and the only time I lose my call is when I hit the call end button. As you all know Cingular who used to be PAC Bell bought AT&T wireless but are using AT&T as the foundation. With the two biggest phone companies merged, they're is bound to be some changes in the prize for best reception and rate plans.

Verizon sucks the phone switches from digital to analog and it kills my battery. Customer in the area think that they have great service but the truth is when the phone switches to analog people can hear your convesation and you're not secure. You have no privacy. At least T-Mobile and Cingular don't use analog. You should do research before signing a contract on all the company and don't be afraid to ask questions, seriously.

Sprint is probably the worse company there is, my phone roams inside the house and they charge for roaming on local are that sucks because Cingular don't charge for roaming. Calls drop 90% of the time.
