	I'm not sure about other places, but Cingular works quite well in my neck of the woods. Whatever Cingular has to offer is unbeatable. The rollover minutes are a saving grace, and the phone selection is wide and diverse. They are working to improve their reception... .nobody is perfect... not even Verizon

	I have been an ATT customer for years because of their coverage and robust network in the areas in which I conduct business. Apparently, this company had difficulty adjusting to the area code split and routinely cannot find my number when I call for service. Ironically enough, the billing side can always find me and send me a bill for subpar service. Unfortunately, service quality has declined even further since the merger with Cingular with calls frequently dropped even with full signal strength registering on the phone and neither company seems motivated to find a solution. My advice would be to find a carrier that is interested in quality and customer service--not just collecting money for no apparent reason.
