Always great. Inside the house, outside the house, wherever -- even in other cities.

AT&T is awful! As soon as they started advertising "no dropped calls" that's all I got. Switch to Verizon.

Terrible reception, don't get anything inside the apartment, and get 2 bars outside. T-Mobile really needs to step it up out here.

Poor to No reception. People with Sprint seem to get reception, but not those of us with AT&T. Last 2 weeks, the reception has dropped dramatically to where my phone is constantly seeking a network. Not happy at all. Did something change with their system in the last 2 weeks???

I have Nextel. It's horrible. My calls drop anywhere I go around this neighborhood and around LA. I live off of Vestal (near Baxter). My calls are dropped all over the place in my house - the living room, the bedroom closet, the kitchen to the back yard, it drops. Anywhere near dodger stadium, the police academy, solano elementary school near china town, it drops. On the 10 fwy at crenshaw, any where on the 118 fwy, anywhere at the beach - IT ALL DROPS! I've gotten so frustrated that I just cancelled the service. I'd rather have no cell phone at all, than have it with NEXTEL any longer. Anyone got any suggestions on a cellular provider with good coverage in this area?

Just in the last week or so, (since 1 / 20) I have been experiencing numerous dropped calls from my home. I live in the middle of LA, not on a hill or in a geographically secluded area. I haven't had this problem before, but, yet, here it is. AT&T is of little help.

Very spotty reception in this location. Westwood village is fine but this area south of Wilshire and West of Westwood Blvd. has really crumby reception for both voice and EDGE.

Recently moved here and I get one to zero bars both inside and out on my balcony. My calls are constantly dropped, extremely frustrating. Can someone please post a GOOD cell phone carrier for this area?

3-4 bars all the time. Wanted to switch to AT&T for the roll over plans, but AT&T is getting mixed user reviews online, so I'm still holding onto Verizon. However, my co-workers having AT&T can talk while 3 floors down in the underground parking structure. I can never get a Verizon signal as soon as I enter the parking structure. Now that's impressive!

I can't have a conversation for more than 5 mins without the call dropping. I also have to ask people to repeat themselves because I cannot understand what they are saying. This all started right after the merger.

I get one whole bar in my apartment as long as I'm standing up. If I'm sitting down or the phone is in my pocket, forget about it. This sucks.

Reception is bad or inconsistent no matter where I go with this phone! I don't know if it's because of the merger with ATT or because of the phone. I'm thinking of switching to Verizon or T-Mobile.
