Dropped calls all the time inside my house. I get better service when I am out of town--Las Vegas hotels much better service than in Los Angeles.

really poor reception in old concrete buildings, ie: 1930's The only really nice thing about Sprint is their software is sooo easy to hack, I have everything under the sun for free, games, apps, gps.

I sometimes can have a complete conco with out dropping it, other times I can slam the phone against the wall! I will be on the phone and it just blanks out on me. the worse part is that it'll try to redial and it says that I'm roaming! agony!

Sprint reception bars don't matter. My wife and I get multiple dropped calls per day!, even when at 5 bars. Multipppple calls striaght to voice mail. We are always having to repeat what we say - sound quality is horrible. Even happens when we call Sprint customer service - their solution was to say that our 1 year old phones were too old - LOL. Dropped calls happen all over Los Angeles / Santa Monica - so it's not a location / tower problem. We are sorry we ever switched to Sprint. The quality of the voice is horrible - sounds like we're talking over tin cans. I borrowed someones phone (Verizon service), and it sounded so clear. We cannot wait to switch back to Verizon.

T-Mobile has taken a nose dive in the last few months. It's gotten so bad that my mobile has become completely useless. One out of two calls don't even make it to my phone and I get a 'missed call' notification a few minutes later. A majority of the calls I get drop within the first 5 minutes, causing me having to call people back - and you know how it goes - they try to call you back at the same time - both leave a voicemail - huge waste of time. I feel like the boiling frog - it's gotten so bad gradually that I wonder why the heck I even bother to pay for such shabby service, completely defeats the purpose of having a mobile phone in the first place. I can't remember the last time I had a problem free call - stay away from T-Mobile - huge waste of time and money.

This thing was dead. I would recieve voice mail the next day from all the people that would call as soon as drove to work.
