It's terrible. There's no dial tone half the time and when I finally get through it will usually disconnect within a couple of minutes.

I used to have a great time with T-Mobile and the customer service really is outstanding, but I can hardly get any of my calls over the last few months and have switched phones 2x hoping for improvement. add to this the fact that someone was calling me from an international # and it got cut off and I had to call back and talking to him for under 30 seconds on the phone to give him my other phone to call cost me $30... and I'm ready to switch even if I have to get a new phone #

My call service at home is abysmal. It's definitely the location because I switched from Cingular which was even worse. I have also tried several different phone models with varying success. The best combo has actually been my Black Berry on T-Mobile that I use for work. On my Treo the call quality is bad during rush hour and somewhat better late at night and on the weekend. It stinks because my only phone is my cell. Lots of dropped calls from this location. Otherwise both phone and service have been good in LA. I usually have bars when others don't. I guess this is just one of those lucky spots with bad service.

I get no reception with VX6000 at my home, but then again none of my friends with different service get reception either. I also have a home in Palm Springs and originally got Average reception at my home in Palm Springs, but that has changed to Poor or No Reception.

Reception is great. Once I went to the Verizon store to get a connector cable and the "service" was so laughably horrible that I swore I'd move to another carrier as soon as I could.

The room I was renting had parts of some walls made of concrete. The reception would fade in and out if I moved around. It wasn't easy to find a perfect spot to stay in to have a long, frustration-free conversation.

I get pretty good reception most places in L.A., but almost none at all home in Bel Air. Considering switching carriers to ?
