I get a half of one bar, 1 1 / 2 if I'm lucky from my cube on the third floor. Just switched to Sprint 3 weeks ago and the coverage sucks from where I'm sitting.

Reception sucks in this entire area. Neighbors walk up and down 23rd and 35th streets east of Blanche Rd with cell phone in hand trying to get some type of signal.

Still no reception West of Highland. If there's a new tower, does nothing for us living here. Can't wait for Verizon to get iPhone, I'll pay the fee and jump off the ATT nightmare. Or maybe I should just switch to Droid now.

This area is at the outer limits of three towers (according to a Google map app that shows your location according to the tower). Cell calls are virtually impossible. ATT had the same problem 2+ years ago but I don't know the current status.

Just started getting good reception at our house after needing to walk up the alley half a block prior. Drove by the 27th and Grandview site and it was recently dug up and refilled, with an ATT sign on one of the boxes. So I assume this is the working box. Finally

After weeks of tweaking and debugging, new tower at this location is on. I now get 4 / 5 bars in a former "dead spot" downstairs. One antenna is pointed at the beach, one southeast, and the third northeast. Beams are broad, so anyone in the vicinity should get good coverage.

Hey 27th St. / Grandview... .. If you happen to see this, can you confirm that you are still getting 5-bar reception? I have a hard time believing that the tower is up and running - considering I still get 0 bars. This is very frustrating!

The representative at the AT&T store on Sepulveda told me the tower would not be up until September? Is it true that the tower at 27th and Grandview is already working? It hasn't helped my reception at all. I have no reception in my house.

If there is a new tower at Sand Dune Park, it must be pointing somewhere else. We live at the top of 33rd St. right above the dune at Blanche. Seeing anything other than Searching... or nothing is unusual. Signal down Blanche is the same. I routinely use the AT&T app Mark The Spot to let them know. I got a text message from them a month ago saying there would be a new tower going up in the next 60-90 days. I assume that meant the Sand Dune one? Well, no signal improvement yet. We are coming up on contract end and wife is vehement that we switch to Verizon.

Increased problems over last week or so, which now makes sense as apparently the wonderful AT&T have put a new tower at Sand Dune Park at end of July. Well it seems to have negatively affected the signal to the east and south of the park - i.e. No Service! At home (I can see the park from my garden to the North) I can usually get just about 1-2 bars, enough to check vm - now have no service at all. Even our Microcell booster, which works 100% with the 3GS and 4G iPhone, is not giving much of a signal and we've noticed problems in the last week or so. Explains why my husband's been having recent problems with business calls on his 4G. There is also No Service driving along Blanche to Rosecrans and to Valley, where as before, it was one or two bars. Am so sick of these problems AT&T!
