	The eastern end of Sutter Rd is apparently in a dead zone for cell reception. This applies to Verizon, Cingular, U.S. Cellular, and Edge Wireless, and probably others as well. There is a new tower in construction at the intersection of Central and Sutter, but progress has been slow and it's not currently broadcasting.
