Verizon is the only service that works reliably in my neighborhood

What is going on with T-Mobile?? I can make calls for 3 mins and then the call drops whilst still showing full bars. Happens consistently for the last 2 days. Husband's phone is the same.

constantly drops calls. voice quality fair to poor, sending and receiving.

Signal would vary from no bars to 5 bars. With no or one bar I didn't have service. AT&T said that they contract a tower and for that reason they cannot even report problem. I discontinued service.

Verizon and AT&T report this as a known problem and have no plans to fix the problem. It is almost impossible to make or recieve calls in my home.

Bottom line, most of Mill Valley and AT&T sucks - I also have a work Verizon phone that's perfect - better then a land line acutally (very clear). I'm in Homestead right up the street from Whole Foods - we had to get a land line since it's so bad... the only reason to live in southern Marin and have AT&T is if you live in Sausalito or want / have an iPhone - that's it.

I can make calls but they often do not go through. the biggest problem is I get calls but phone doesn't ring and doesn't notify me I have recieved a call. I went through the Customer Service nightmare for 3 months and they finally admitted that they don't have a tower for Mill Valley.

No reception in the house, poor reception outside the house. Same problem with other phones as well.

Was getting 1 bar for a while, now no reception ("SOS only")

No reception, about 1 / 2 mile east able to get recepiton, jumps from nothing to 4 bars.

Great reception almost consistently across Mill Valley and Tam Valley. I'm on a hill above Tennessee Valley. The cell tower across Tennessee Valley from my house (above Marin City) must be Verizon. Never any problem. Have I jinxed myself now?

We get no reception in the house, nothing in front of the house; sometimes weak reception about 200 feet from the front, but not consistent.

After changing from an awful ATT / Cingular service, this is heaven. It has both analog and digital bands. I get reception everywhere. (It never occured to me to make a phone call from Muir Woods) Great reception in Tam Valley. I even got reception near Yosemite Valley !

Coverage is very spotty. At least 50 % of the time I am in roaming mode. Sometimes just going downstairs in my house can cause me lose coverage and go roaming.

Many dropped calls ! I am looking for another carrier!

Sometimes I have 4 bars at home, others, none.

I am in virtually the same location as the previous poster. My reception is good, though not perfect (occasional warble, but never dropped). I switched from ATT Wireless and have better reception now, though I don't know if it's the coverage or the phone (or both).
