I have had Cingular since it started the service has been the tops. I've tried AT&T and Sprint and Verizon nothing compares when I had problems with my phone. I went in they said Oh here is your problem your chip is so old you should have gotten a new one with your new phone 64 bit chip has made all the difference in the world and to the sales lady who noticed Thank you so much. I have had nothing but 5 bars on my phone and data, internet service on my phone is awesome ! Long time customer tho and it's the hotest of them all.

My calls either do not ring on my phone, or calls dropped. Have to go outside to make or receive phone calls.

The service here says it should give me 3 bars. I'll get three sometimes but mostly one bar. Whats wierd about it is that I will have 3 bars then out of nowhere I will lose signal completely. then 30 seconds later it will come back with only one bar.
