AT&T 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: rzr v3	AFter leaving Nextel and going to Cingular I was very disappointed. Phone didn't work AT ALL in my apartment. They switched my phone 3 times, it didn't make a difference. I wrote nasty letters, called, screamed, complained for 6 months. they wouldn't let me cancel my contract. I endured my phone dropping every call or not ringing at all for a long time. Mysteriously one day, the dropped calls stopped and everthing is fine now. They are MFers.

Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung Intensity	We recently bought a house in North Hills and quickly discovered that it's in a dead spot. 0 bars when inside the house, sometimes 1 by certain windows, and 1 or 2 when in the yard, but calls get dropped everywhere. We called Verizon and they said the towers there have a problem penetrating walls. Too bad, because we have had excellent service and coverage with them for 5 years, but not anymore.
