When I'm in my house I get no reception at all. All my calls get dropped and if the call gets through there's static.

Constantly dropped calls and or poor reception, Almost no reception in my house. Sprint commercials always patting themselves on the back at how they are the biggest and best in the nation (YEAH RIGHT). Bottom line is if you get the freebee phone it's usually garbage and lasts approximately 6 months before it dies from major electronic complications. This is when you will be given an even crappier refurbished phone along with the attitude from the sales minion of "you should be grateful" for even getting another phone from Sprint. You would think for as much as you pay monthly they would give you a better deal on a better phone. These phones cost them next to nothing because of bulk purchasing. Even if you wanted to buy a better phone there is no customer loyalty plan or discount no matter how many years you have been with them. Unless you are a new customer (Sucker Ploy aka: Bait) I quess the commercial stands true where all the kids are in a kindergaten type setting coloring with old crayons and the new kid Johnny walks in and is presented with new crayons because he is new as stated by the teacher!

Was with ATT for ten years plus. Was very skeptical on changing carriers. I just couldn't take all the dropped calls and calls that were never received. Had one line out of contract and decided to give T-Mobile a try. Figured I had 30 day trial. After first day of using phone was in love with it. Normally walk in my house and phone would switch over to edge then if I walk in my room no service. T-Mobile had 3g everywhere in my house, occasionally would drop 3g then go to edge with full bars then back to 3g again. Had service over a month now with them and not one dropped call. Internet is also blazing fast on phone. Leave the overpriced AT&T nonservice and switch.

Very good T-Mobile coverage around this area with my Nokia quadband. Dualband phones don't work as well though, too bad.

Horrible, horrible, horrible reception, especially inside the home! I thought it was the phone, but it's Verizon because people with Verizon do not get good reception inside my home.
