My reception stops randomly at home. VERY frustrating and I can't even call to complain until the next day when I can get through, just to be put on hold etc... If they are doing maintenance or have a problem they could certainly send a text to everyone making us aware. But to say NOTHING is unacceptable. We will be switching and paying the cancellation fee.

Since Sprint decided to become greedy and offer the Iphone on their unlimited coverage they clearly didn't plan for the expansion and the rest of us are paying for it with little or no service. I work at home and our phones ALL stop working randomly, I have emailed... called to complain etc... They simply don't care and cannot provide an explanation or a remedy. I am seeking cancellation of my business account due to lack of performance. I have kept my paper trail and if it doesn't improve by the end of this week I will cancel service and proceed. SO FRUSTRATED! If you live in Oak Park... RUN don't walk from Sprint!

My service is getting worse??! Why with all of the updating of things you'd think it would getting better.

Calls mostly good but occasionally missed. Voicemail terrible; calls often missed (but maybe this is a general server issue and not locational).

Not as good as Verizon, but better than TMobile in this area, and usually better than Cingular. My company gave me choice of TMobile or Sprint, so I chose Sprint and handed in Verizon phone reluctantly. Works well on 118 to 5 frwy or 101 to Hollywood frwy. Actually works inside my office where Verizon and others don't.

Traveling from my office in Woodland Hills, CA, I can count on the dependability of T-Mobile: Like clockwork I can rest assured that it will disconnect my cell phone call 4 times before I arrrive home in Oak Park: Traveling W. on 101 Frwy, 1st disconnect will occur at hill in Calabasas; traveling N. on Kanan Rd. from the 101, 2nd disconnect at small knoll just N. of 101 (next to Taco Bell); 3rd disconnect will be just b / 4 reach Oak Park High; signal okay for short distance on N. side of School, but 4th disconnect will occur close to intersection of Kanan and Lindero Canyon Rd; signal in home close to that is very spotty - mostly unreliable. Very frustrating. Know a better coverage company?

verizon very bad on kanan, goes up to 4 bars once in north ranch area. other people have said they dont experience these drops. with the surge in housing and income, you'd think this area would be a priority (w.l.v.,agoura, calabasas)

Although my GSM phone indicates 4 bars of reception, my calls will cut out and I will frequently pick up other's calls. This problem does not happen when I leave the Oak Park area.
