	no incoming calls, need to walk 1 block to receive call and to check msg phone Blackjack, does a bad job at locking signal ATT, promised, a new tower for signal when email came in, " New tower for OAKLEY " tower was located on corner of Balfour and Fairview, in Brentwood only 12 miles way, way to go ATT improved signal, no way droping ATT and changing carrier with better signal for our area, do your home work and look signal coverage and also phone, for where you live and work

	Pretty good in this area(outside),could be better. In the house is a Problem,we need a Tower somewhere in this area,tons of new houses,should be able to have better Cingular Reception Netbum,Oakley

	with as much housing construction going on in this area reception should be perfect in this area rather if you turn your head while talking you can lose your connection!

	ARG! I just buy this cool phone and NO reception in my neighborhood- I live within 8 miles of where I bought it ! This sucks!

	I'm an old AT&T wireless customer. Even though coverage on Vasco Rd from Brentwood to Livermore was pretty good, I had reception problems at my house in Oakley. Cingular told me to upgrade my phone and contract to Cingular's GSM Edge system. So, I got the V180 and the voice quality was excellent and coverage did improve some at my house. But, it wasn't good enough. We switched to Verizon and the home coverage has greatly improved. HOWEVER... Verizon's coverage through Vasco Rd seems almost non-existent. Even my work Nextel phone has coverage through Vasco Rd. Solution: I may either have my wife use one of our old AT&T phones for 911 calls only (while driving through Vasco Rd), if needed and keep the Verizon phone. Or, we may switch back to Cingular.
